COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This charming rancher style cottage has an open area kitchen, dining and living room with river rock gas fireplace and high, exposed beam ceiling. The master bedroom opens to the rear sunny deck and has adjoining en-suite with shower. Features include spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island; rear deck with BBQ; front veranda; washer/dryer; and only steps away from the Clubhouse and pools.

– 1 Set of Twin Bunk Beds in Second Bedroom
– Lots of floor space for foam mattress or aerobed in Second Bedroom
– All bedding will be provided

– Beach/Pool towels will be provided upon request

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies before booking to make sure our rental is a good fit for your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
– All guests must abide by Strata rules, call or email for more details
– Minimum age for a responsible renter is 25
– Prices based on a maximum occupancy of 6
– There is parking for a maximum of two vehicles
– Damage deposit and signed rental agreement will be required
– Any additional guests or vehicles may result in extra charges, a termination of the rental term and/or forfeiture of the damage deposit
– No smoking
– No pets
Payment information
– Bank draft, money order, PayPal
– Prices quoted in Canadian dollars and include all taxes
– Prices and booking cannot be confirmed until deposit is received
– 25% deposit or minimum of $200.00 at time of booking
– Deposit is non-refundable
– Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
– Full payment required if reservation is within 30 days of arrival
Damage Deposit
– Refundable damage deposit is due at time of booking
– Damage deposit is immediately refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to apply all or part of the security deposit to cover any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage or its contents during your stay
– Replacement fee for any lost or stolen keys or swipe cards
Cancellations
– All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail
– No refunds after start of rental period
– If you cancel, you will be refunded any money paid, less the non-refundable 25% deposit
Policies:
– Check in time is 3:00 pm
– Check out time is 11:00 am
– No RV’s, tent trailers or travel trailers on the property
– No tents allowed on the property or common property
– Quiet time is between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am
– Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any noise complaints made
– No shoes inside cottage, slippers permitted
– Renters agree to clean cottage as per list of reasonable tasks
– All guests and their invitees use the premises, structures, appliances and furnishings at their own risk
– Property owners shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts
– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8, call for more details.
