At the centre of this charming setting is a magnificent 10,000 square foot clubhouse with its luxurious spa hot tubs, separate kid’s splash pool, 50-foot adult lap pool, spectacular fitness centre, fully equipped media centre, recreational games room, ultra comfortable adult lounge, and outdoor barbecue and dining facilities. Set amongst towering cedars. Gated community for security. Minutes walk to the golf course, clubhouse and man made lake. BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies before booking to make sure our rental is a good fit for your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
– Minimum age for responsible renter is 25 years
– Guests must be at least 23 years of age unless children accompanied by their parents
– Responsible renter is required to complete a rental agreement
– Any additional guests or vehicles may result in extra charges, a termination of the rental term, and / or forfeit of the damage deposit
– Deposit is non-refundable
– Prices based on max occupancy of 7 people; there may be an extra $15 charge per guest/night
– Maximum 2 vehicles ( no RV’s or Motor Homes )
– Please leave cottage in condition it was found ( cleaning list will be provided). If not cleaning fee will be charged.
– Property has quiet times between 11pm and 8 am
Payment information
– Prices will be quoted in Canadian dollars based on duration of stay
Deposit
– A deposit will be required at time of booking
Cancellations
– All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail and forfeiture of deposit may apply
Lost keys
– There will be a Key Replacement Fee for any lost or stolen keys or security swipe cards
