The Sunflower Cottage has a full kitchen (7 appliances), vaulted ceilings, full bath, fireplace, a/c, 2 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 7 people. On-site amenities include a spectacular 10,000 sq. ft. Club House with a 50 ft adult lap pool, separate kid’s splash pool, adult hot tub, kid’s hot tub, fitness centre, recreation room, media centre, indoor/outdoor fireplace, and tennis courts. It will be a holiday that you and your family will never forget. Sunflower Cottage has excellent rates and contains everything you will need for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation.

RATES FOR 2010

Payment Information:
- Prices in Canadian Dollars
- Prices and bookings cannot be confirmed until deposit is received
- We will allow 3 days to receive your deposit if paying by cheque
- If the deposit is not received within 3 days of the confirmed booking, the booking will be considered canceled
Deposit:
- 25% of the full rental amount at time of booking (payable by cash, certified cheque, travelers cheque or money order)
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Full payment required if reservation is within 30 days of arrival
- Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (payable by cash, certified cheque, travelers cheque or money order).
Damage Deposit:
- Refundable security deposit due at time of booking (payable by cash, cheque, travelers cheque or money order).
- Security deposit is refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to use the security deposit for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage during your stay
- Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be invoiced a an additional charge
- Replacement fee for any lost or stolen keys or swipe cards
Cancellations:
- All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail
- No refunds after start of rental period
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will be refunded any money paid, less the full 50% deposit.
- If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, you will be refunded any money paid, less $150 cancellation fee.
- Security/Damage deposits will be returned

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies before booking to make sure our rental will suit your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
- All guests must abide by Strata rules, call or email for more details
- Minimum age for responsible renter is 25
- All renters are required to complete a rental agreement form and return it to the Cottage Owner.
- Occupancy of the property cannot happen without a signed and completed rental agreement form.
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless children accompanied by their parents.
- We must be notified in advance of any increase in the size of your party so that details can be added to the rental agreement. There is parking for two vehicles maximum and any additional guests or vehicles may result in extra charges, a termination of the rental term, and/or forfeit of the damage deposit.
- Check in time: 2pm
- Check out time: 10am
for weekly rentals (times may vary upon request)
- No RV’s, tents or mobile homes may be parked at the property
- Please bring extra linens for extended stays, as there is no daily maid service. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Beach towels are not provided, so please bring extra towels. (Please do not take cottage towels to the pool or beach).
- The cottage owners are responsible for taking care of the landscaping, cutting the grass, etc, so please note there may be caretakers coming and going to complete these tasks during your stay.
- No smoking, sorry No pets
- No shoes inside cottage (slippers are permitted)
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM as some people live in the resort. Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any noise complaints made.
- Renter agrees to clean cabin as per list (will be provided). If not clean a cleaning fee will be charged.
- We reserve the right to charge the Guests’/Cardholders’ credit card for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage during their stay.
- All Guests and their invitees use the premise, structure, appliances and furnishings at their own risk. Property Owners shall not be held liable or responsible in anyway for any injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.
