COTTAGE DESCRIPTION

Our Pond View cottage is located in the most ideal spot in the entire community.

From the large top level back deck you have incredible sweeping views of both the beautiful trout stocked pond and the majestic mountains in the background and you can relax on the bottom deck beside the full sized stone fireplace.

Just outside our front door you have direct access to the large park adjacent to the Treehouse and two other parks are within a 1 minute walk. Most importantly, the Treehouse building with it’s pools, hot tubs and sitting areas is literally 30 seconds away! Maximum allowable rental occupancy in the cottages community is 8 which is absolutely no issue with our 3 bedroom and 2,600 square foot cottage.

This has been a treasure for our family for five years and is now available for rental for the first time!

– 1 Queen Bed in Master Bedroom on main floor
– 1 Queen Bed in Bedroom downstairs
– 1 Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom downstairs
– 1 Queen Sofa Pullout Bed downstairs
– Fans provided for each bedroom although downstairs bedrooms stay fairly cool even on warm days
– All bedding & quality linens will be provided

– two full bathroom upstairs including ensuite
– one full bathroom downstairs

– Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances
– Dishes, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Glasses Etc.

– Table on deck overlooking pond seats up to 6 people
