COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
The Paradise Cottage features the great room concept designed for family and friends. On one level, this cottage features an open kitchen, living and dining area with high ceilings. The cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps six comfortably. In a real pinch, two little ones could sleep on the comfy matching loveseats. Relax in the sun or shade on the spacious front porch or the extended patio with table, chairs and BBQ.
The cottage comes fully furnished with all the conveniences of home in order to make your stay both relaxing and memorable experience.
– 1 Queen Bed in master bedroom
– 2 Twin Beds in second bedroom (cruise ship style – pull together for a second couple)
– 1 Double Sofa Bed in living area
– All bedding will be provided

POLICIES
Payment Details
– All guests must abide by Strata rules, call or email for more details
– Minimum age for a responsible renter is 25 years of age
– Prices based on a maximum occupancy of 6
– There is parking for a maximum of two vehicles
– Prices are in Canadian dollars and includes all taxes
– Reservation & rates cannot be confirmed until deposit is received
– Damage deposit & signed rental agreement will also be required
Payment Options:
– Bank Draft, Fund Transfers or Money Orders
– PayPal
– Cheques sent via Post
Other Policies
– Weekly rentals run from Sundays-to-Sundays (unless agreed otherwise)
– Check-in time: 3:00 PM
– Check-out time: 11:00 AM
– Check-in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
– Beach towels are not provided, so please bring extra towels
– No Smoking
– No Pets allowed
– Quiet time is between 11:00PM and 8:00AM as some people live in the resort.
– Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any noise complaints made.
– Uses of the premises, structures, appliances and furnishings at their own risk.
– Property Owners shall not be held liable or responsible in anyway for any injuries that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.
– No RV’s, Tent Trailers or other sleeping mobiles on the property as our driveway is not wide enough to accommodate such vehicles
– No camping tents are allowed on the property
– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8. Call for more details.
