COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
A mere 90 minutes from Vancouver, Mavrick Cottage is a fully furnished vacation home nestled in the gated community of The Cottages at Cultus Lake. This unique community provides contemporary amenities and traditional cottage living in a safe, gated hideaway where you can build treasured memories that will last a lifetime.
The front porch of the cottage is a favourite spot for morning coffee/tea to start the day in the warmth of the sun whilst sitting on classic Adirondack chairs and drinking in the beautiful mountain view. From the porch it’s just a few steps and one block over to The Treehouse: our community’s 10,000 square foot amenities building. The Treehouse boasts: an adult lap pool, kids’ spray/splash pool, two hot tubs, a media room, lounge area, games room and gym. The streets meandering through The Cottages afford the perfect venue for kid’s bike rides and leisurely strolls. There’s so much to do close by you might even forget to check out Cultus Lake and its many more amenities and activities such a short drive away.
However you spend your day, don’t forget to meet back at the spacious back deck just off the kitchen of your temporary home away from home. With its propane BBQ (one tank provided per stay) patio table for six, convenient ice chest and comfy lounge chairs this deck is a great place to enjoy the balmy evenings with family and good friends.
This cottage has excellent rates, sleeps six; has a queen bed in the master, and a queen and a double bed in the loft (note all bedding/linens are provided). So whether you’re looking for a cozy place to while away a cool quiet getaway, or a sun-drenched vacation in the warmth of summer, Mavrick Cottage has everything you need.

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– All guests must strictly abide by Strata rules, call or email for more details
– Age restrictions in effect
– Prices based on maximum occupancy of 6 (call Bruce regarding infants; can be over the maximum occupancy number)
– Parking for two vehicles
– Prices will be in Canadian dollars including taxes
– Reservation and rates cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received
– Damage deposit and signed rental agreement required

– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 6. Call for more details.
Reservation Deposit
– Deposit required at time of booking.
Balance
– Full balance required 30 days prior to arrival
Damage Deposit:
– Damage Deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation; “the deposit” is refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to use the damage deposit for any: losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage during your stay.
Lost Keys
– A $75 Replacement Fee for any lost or stolen keys and/or access cards

– No RV’s, tent trailers or other sleeping mobiles on the property as our driveway is not wide enough to accommodate such vehicles and this is restricted by bylaws
– No camping tents are allowed on the property
