COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the mountain views while having coffee on the front porch or watch the eagles circle above while barbequing on the back deck. This brand-new luxury 2-bedroom plus loft Cottage features an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3-way fireplace can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well as the modern living room. The Master Bedroom and full 4-piece bathroom are on the main floor. The dishwasher and laundry with washer and dryer will make your time at the cottage more enjoyable. The upstairs loft is fully carpeted and has a day bed that turns into a King size bed. The second bedroom is ideal for kids with a twin over double bunk bed and an additional pull out mattress, as well as a second full 4-piece bathroom. Lofty Dreams Cottage is an ideal cottage for family vacations or a relaxing retreat.

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies before booking to make sure our rental is a good fit for your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
– All guests must abide by Strata rules
– All renters are required to complete a rental agreement form and return to the Cottage Owners
– Guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless children accompanied by parents
– 2 vehicles maximum (no RVs)
– No tents
– Maximum of 8 guests at any time
– Property has quiet times between 11pm and 8 am
– No smoking and no pets
– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8, call for more details.
Payment information
– Prices will be quoted in Canadian dollars and include all taxes
– Reservation cannot be confirmed until deposit is received
– We will allow 3 days to receive your deposit if paying by cheque
– Non-refundable deposit is 50% at time of booking (payable by cheque, cash or interac money transfer)
– Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Security Deposit
– $500 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival
– Security deposit is immediately refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected
– Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be invoiced as an additional charge
– Replacement fee for any lost or stolen keys or swipe cards
Cancellations
– All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail
