At the heart of this 5 star resort community is our elegant fully furnished cottage. It combines homey comfort & rustic charm and features a beautiful loft, covered porch and spacious decks. Everything you’d expect of a cottage in the woods.
The cottage consists of a spacious living room with 13 ft vaulted ceiling and rock fireplace. There is a large kitchen and spacious eating area. This rancher style cottage has a master bedroom, full bathroom, and a second bedroom. Our cabin has 1 King bed, 1 Double bed and 2 Twin beds. This beautiful cabin can accommodate up to 6 people very comfortably.
The cottage comes fully furnished with all the conveniences of home. We have also included all appliances, washer & dryer, all bed linens, towels, dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, barbecue (propane included), outdoor patio set, plasma TV with DVD player. Everything has been included in order to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Payment Information:
· Prices and booking are confirmed once a deposit is received.
· If the deposit is not received within 6 days of confirmed booking, the dates will become available to other potential guests.
· 50% deposit is due at time of booking
· Remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival, as well as the $500.00 damage deposit
· Methods of payment include: cash & cheque
Damage Deposit:
· $500 refundable damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival
· Damage deposit will be refunded once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to use the damage deposit for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or any damage to the cottage or its contents during your stay
BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Check in time: 4:00pm
· Check out time: 11:00am
· Absolutely no pets and no smoking
· There are no beach towels provided. Please do not remove the bath towels from the cottage
· Rates are based upon occupancy of 6 people
· Damage Deposit will be charged on all bookings
· Replacement fee of $75.00 will be charged if keys or swipe card is lost or not returned
· Quiet time is at 11pm – 8am. Please be considerate to other owners & guests at the cottages
· Property owner is not responsible or liable for any injury while using the cottage, appliances and furnishings
· If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, and the cottage is not able to be rebooked, the renter shall forfeit the full amount
. Minimum age for primary renter is 25. Guests must be at least 23 years of age unless accompanied by their parents/legal guardian
· 2 Parking spots are available at the cabin. Additional guests or vehicles may result in extra charges
· Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8. Call for more details.
