Located just over an hour from Vancouver, yet it feels like a world away. You’ll find the natural beauty of the surrounding Mountains and Lake an excellent setting for your vacation. You’ll feel right at home as the cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay. This brand new fully furnished cottage includes stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, rock covered fireplace, BBQ and patio set to enjoy the outdoors.
The Dogwood Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably with its 2 Bedrooms and Loft, 2 Bathrooms with all linens and towels provided for your stay. Also provided is a selection of novels, DVDs and board games to make your stay more enjoyable.
During your stay you will also have full access to the 10,000 sq ft Tree House community centre, which includes a 50 ft lap pool, a kid’s pool with water park, two hot tubs, pool table, foosball, shuffle board table, reading lounge, fitness center, media room and children’s activity center. You can also venture out for a one minute walk to Aquadel Golf Course or a short ten minute walk to Cultus Lake. You are minutes away from the Water Slides in Cultus Lake, Cultus Lake Golf Course, Tap Ins Putting Course and more.

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies and conditions carefully before booking to make sure our rental is a good fit for your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
– All guests must abide by Strata rules, call or email for more details
– Minimum age for responsible renter is 25
– All renters are required to complete a rental agreement form and return to us at the time of booking. Occupancy of the property cannot happen without a signed and completed rental agreement form.
– Guests must be at least 23 years of age unless children accompanied by their parents
– We must be notified in advance of any increase in the size of your party so that details can be added to the rental agreement. There is parking for two vehicles maximum and any additional guests or vehicles may result in extra charges, a termination of the rental term, and / or forfeit of the damage deposit
Payment information
– Prices will be quoted in Canadian dollars
Deposit
– 50% at time of booking (payable by cheque or interac money transfer)
– Deposit is non-refundable
– Full payment required if reservation is within 30 days of arrival
Balance
– 30 days prior to arrival (payable by cheque or interac money transfer)
Security Deposit
– $500 refundable security deposit due at time of booking (payable by cheque or interac money transfer)
– Security deposit is refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to use the security deposit for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage during your stay.
– Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be invoiced as an additional charge
Cancellations
– If you cancel anytime, all payments (less $50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
– Cancellations greater than 30 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of deposit paid if unit is not re-rented (excluding the refundable security/damage deposit).
– Cancellations within 30 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of all monies paid if unit is not re-rented (excluding the refundable security/damage deposit).
Lost keys
– Key Replacement Fee for any lost or stolen keys or swipe cards (based on Strata Fees)
Payment options:
– Cheque, Bank Draft, Certified Cheque
– Interac Money Transfer
Policies:
– Check in time: 3pm
– Check out time: 11am
– Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
– Sorry, no pets allowed, including cats.
– No smoking in and around the cottage, including front porch or rear deck.
– Absolutely no RV’s or mobile homes in the parking spots.
– Please bring extra linens for extended stays as there is no daily maid service. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
– Beach towels are not provided, so please bring extra towels
– There may be caretakers coming and going for lawn and yard maintenance and/or watering during your stay.
– Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any noise complaints made.
– Renter agrees to clean cabin as per list (will be provided). If not clean a cleaning fee will be charged.
– Please be respectful to our property as excessive clutter, any spills and stains will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to charge the Guests’/Cardholders’ for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage during their stay.
– All Guests and their invitees use the premise, structure, appliances and furnishings at their own risk. Property Owners shall not be held liable or responsible in anyway for any injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.
