New, contemporary fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath rancher style cottage sleeps 8. Where you and your guests will enjoy the gourmet kitchen overlooking the great room with vaulted ceilings, beautiful river rock gas fireplace and dining room.
COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This beautiful fully furnished vacation property provides the ultimate getaway experience for your family with all the comforts and convenience of home. Located in a 60 acre gated resort community at the South end of Cultus Lake, is within 2 hours of Vancouver in the stunning Provincial Park of Cultus Lake.
Located right beside one a beautiful treed park area with small playground. You are a short walk away from the 10,000 square foot “Clubhouse” where you and your family can enjoy endless hours of water activities, work out in the fitness centre, take in a movie in the theatre or play in the children’s centre.
Cultus lake is less than a 5 minute drive and is over 13km long. The warm to mild water during the summer months is wonderful for swimming and is so clear that at midday the gold sand on the bottom of the lake perfectly complements the colour of the summer sun. Located within minutes from the property you can enjoy water sports, provincial beaches, water slides, golfing (mini and par 3 golf), horse back riding and/or the amazing hikes to see the beautiful sights of Cultus Lake Provincial Park.

Payment Information:
– Prices in Canadian Dollars.
– Prices and bookings cannot be confirmed until deposit is received.
Deposit:
– Min. 25% of the full rental amount is required to secure booking.
– Deposit is non-refundable.
– Balance of payment is required 2 weeks prior to check in (payment by online e-transfer recommended).
Security Damage Deposit:
– Refundable security deposit due at time of booking (payable by cash, cheque, travelers cheque, or money order).
– Security deposit is refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to use the security deposit for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage during your stay.
– Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be invoiced as an additional charge.
– Replacement fee will be charged for any lost or stolen security scan cards (Strata rates).
Cancellations:
– All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail.
– No refunds once rental period has begun.
– If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will lose your 25% non-refundable deposit.
– If you cancel between 15-60 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the full rental amount.
– If you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the full rental amount.

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies before booking to make sure our rental will suit your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
– All renters must abide by Strata rules: call/email for more details.

Minimum age for responsible renter is 25.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed at Chestnut Cottage.
– All renters are required to complete a strata K Form and rental agreement form, and return it to the Cottage Owner.
– There is parking for a maximum of two vehicles at the cottage.
– No overnight guests allowed.
– Any additional guests or vehicles may result in extra charges, a termination of the rental term, and/or forfeit of the damage deposit.
– No RV’s, motor homes, or tents are allowed.
– Pool/beach towels are not provided, so please bring extra towels. (Please do not take cottage towels to the pool or beach).
– The cottage owners are responsible for taking care of the landscaping, cutting the grass, etc., so please note there may be caretakers coming and going to complete these tasks during your stay.
- No shoes inside cottage (slippers are permitted).
- Quiet Times 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of this may result in eviction.
– We reserve the right to charge the Renters for any losses, fines obtained, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the cottage or surrounding property during their stay at The Sunflower Cottage.
– All Renters and their invitees use the premise, structure, appliances and furnishings at their own risk. Property Owners shall not be held liable or responsible in anyway for any injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.
– It is a strata by-law that a renter may not bring additional guests (apart from their own rental party) to the treehouse/pool area. A violation of this act may result in a fine for the renter.
– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8. Call for more details.
