COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Fully furnished, 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom cottage that sleeps 8. Available for weekly and monthly rental located in a 60 acre gated resort community at the south end of Cultus Lake. Comes complete with linens and a fully stocked kitchen.
Other features include laminate flooring, gas fireplace, 13 ft vaulted ceiling, washer/dryer, patio with bbq, 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. One minute walk to club house featuring adult pool, 2 spa hot tubs, kiddies splash pool, fitness centre, recreational games room ( billiards, ping pong, foosball), fully equipped media centre, relaxing adult lounge, BBQ and dining facilities. Steps away from a par 3 golf course, park, tennis courts, basketball court, hiking trails. Close to Cultus Lake for fishing, water sports, swimming, sailing and kayaking.

BOOKING POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our policies before booking to make sure our rental is a good fit for your vacation needs.
Renters and Guests
– Minimum age for responsible renter is 26 years
– Absolutely no smoking and no pets
– Prices based on max occupancy of 8 people
– Maximum 2 vehicles ( no RV’s or Motor Homes)
– Please leave cottage in condition it was found ( cleaning list will be provided). If not cleaning fee will be charged.
– Property has quiet times between 11pm and 8 am
– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8. Call for more details.
Payment information
– Prices will be quoted in Canadian dollars based on duration of stay
Deposit
– A 50% deposit required at time of booking
– Deposit is non-refundable unless unit can be rented out
– Full payment required for reservations booked within 30 days of arrival
Balance
– Payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival
Security deposit
– $500 refundable deposit due at time of booking
– Deposit is refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected. We reserve the right to use the security deposit for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages to the cottage
Cancellations
– All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail
– Cancellations greater than 30 days of check in will result in forfeiture of deposit unless unit is re-rented ( excluding security deposit)
– Cancellations within 30 days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid if unit is not re-rented ( excluding security deposit)
Lost keys
– $75 Key Replacement Fee for any lost or stolen keys or security swipe cards
