4th Annual Hope Classic

The Hope Classic is a fun run, walk or wheel event to raise funds for the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of BC (SBHABC). This family-friendly event will begin at the Lions Club Hall (on Hope River road) at 9:45 a.m. This will be an event for the entire family to enjoy, and those in wheelchairs and strollers are encouraged to participate. Each participant will receive a T-shirt and have the opportunity to win a variety of prizes. The New Balance Cultus Lake Triathlon

The Cultus Lake Triathlon is back for its third year. Hosted by Okanagan based event Management Company, Outback Events Ltd. the event will see both a Sprint and Olympic distance races take place. Drawing athletes from around BC and Washington State coming to the Fraser Valley to experience and epic course in a stunning venue. 13th Annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival

On behalf of the Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival Committee, we welcome you to join our celebration of the natural heritage of our area. Every year approximately 1,000 eagles show up in the Harrison River area alone to feed on the abundant salmon carcasses scattered along the shores of the river. The presence of the eagles is a confirmation that the environmental balance remains in tact. We all have a part to play to ensure this balance remains in future generations.
